Haven't received biometric screening results

We are always striving to provide your results as quickly as possible! Please allow for the following turn around time for each type of test. 

• On-Site Biometric Screening (Fingerstick)
  • These results should be available immediately at the time service

• Primary Care Physician Form
  • Check with your Doctor to make sure they have faxed the form to the proper place. The proper fax number can be found on the cover page of the form!
  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing the PCP form

• LabCorp Voucher
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the these results to be processed
  • Some companies will have access to all results via the WellConnect+ portal
    • Login to your account and you will see a 'Results' section in the top right, if your company has elected to have this service
  • Results should also come via letter mailed to you or they will be available via your wellness program's portal
    • You can also go to https://www.labcorp.com/results for access to any and all LabCorp test

• Home Test Kit
  • Allow for 10-14 business days once the sample has been mailed back to the lab
  • You will receive an email from CoreMedica when your results are ready
    • Some companies will have access to all results via the WellConnect+ portal
      • Login to your account and you will see a 'Results' section in the top right, if your company has elected to have this service
    • Results should also come via letter mailed to you or they will be available via your wellness program's portal
